Computer cases

A PC case houses and protects the motherboard, graphics card, power supply and storage drives, and it shapes cooling, noise levels and the look of the build. The range includes mid tower and full tower cases, with tempered glass or transparent side panels, pre-installed fans and RGB or ARGB lighting on the more eye-catching versions.

The first thing to check is the motherboard size supported: mini-ITX, micro ATX, ATX or E-ATX. Then look at the clearance for the graphics card and CPU cooler, the number of fans included, whether a radiator can be fitted for liquid cooling, the front ports (USB-A, USB-C) and whether a power supply is included: with several models you need to buy one separately. You will find cases from Corsair, ASUS, be quiet!, Hyte and Antec.
