Payment and delivery
This page sets out payment methods, delivery charges, estimated times and the checks to make on delivery. The actual charge is always shown in the cart before an order is confirmed.
Payments
Cards and wallets
You may pay using the cards and wallets available at checkout, including Stripe, PayPal, Amazon Pay and Satispay when active. Payment data are handled directly by the relevant providers through encrypted connections and are not stored by eimela.it.
Bank transfer
Orders are prepared after funds have cleared, normally within 1–5 business days. State the order number as the payment reference.

To prevent fraud, payment may be subject to provider checks and the bank’s strong customer authentication. If a check is not passed, the order may be suspended or cancelled. eimela.it never asks customers to email full copies of payment cards.
Delivery in Italy
We ship by express carrier. Rates depend on the total product weight and destination; Sicily and Sardinia have their own rate band. Delivery is to street level unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery to Europe
For the countries listed below we apply a weight-band flat rate (GLS/BRT market estimate, not a guaranteed supplier tariff). The checkout total always prevails.

Pallet and oversized transport
Orders with total weight from 100 kg, a longest side over 240 cm, or items that require pallet transport cannot complete online payment: the cart shows a non-binding estimate (from €167 including VAT) and sends a freight quote request. We confirm the cost before fulfilment based on destination, unloading and carrier availability.
Free-delivery products
Where an item is marked “Free delivery”, its weight is excluded from delivery costs. If the cart also contains items without that marking, delivery is calculated only for those items.
Timing and tracking
After handover to the carrier, Italian delivery normally takes 24–48 business hours; European transit is typically 2–5 business days. Islands, remote areas, bulky parcels, holidays or events outside our control may take longer. Product-page and checkout times are estimates unless a date has expressly been agreed as essential.
Where available, a tracking link is emailed and can be viewed in “My orders”.
Checks on delivery
Before signing, check the number of parcels and the external condition of the packaging. If you see damage, openings, wet areas or missing parcels, accept with a specific reservation describing the issue on the proof of delivery, for example: “packaging crushed on the right side”. A generic reservation may be insufficient for a carrier claim.
Photograph the packaging, shipping label and product, and contact customer service promptly. Failure to make a reservation does not remove statutory warranty rights where damage was not visible on delivery.
Storage, refusal and incorrect address
If delivery fails because the recipient is absent, the address is incorrect, the parcel is not collected or refusal is unjustified, the carrier may hold and subsequently return the parcel. Documented holding and return costs may be charged to the customer, without prejudice to consumer withdrawal rights and cases of damaged or non-conforming goods.
Invoice
Tax details must be entered correctly when ordering. The tax document is issued from the information provided and sent as required by applicable law; it may not always be possible to amend it after issue.
Returns and withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. For the conditions, exceptions, return costs and procedure, see Right of withdrawal and returns.
